Cerner Health Connections falls under the Employer Services group which has provided high quality care delivery to our own associates for over five years which includes a robust quality management program and AAAHC accreditation. We utilize many of our own healthcare software solutions to not only to provide healthcare, but to measure, monitor, and improve care delivery. CHC currently operates more than 25 clinics throughout United States, including clients such as Deffenbaugh, Toyota, Frito-Lay, Campbell’s Soup, Dr Pepper and many other companies. CHC services combine the strength of Cerner’s technology innovation with over 30 years of experience and knowledge working with healthcare providers around the world. This particular position services the occupational health and wellness needs for the associates of Albany International in St. Stephen, SC.
This position is a Mon-Fri day time hours with an employee population of about 400.
-Provide general occupational and, wellness services, and urgent care to the employees in collaboration with the supervising medical director.
-Evaluate, diagnose and treat employee injuries and determine appropriate medical direction including off-site referrals/diagnostic testing.
-Establishment and maintenance of a computerized medical record keeping and tracking system.
-Coordinate wellness programs as specified by client.

Job Requirements
Education, training, experience:
Nurse Practitioner with a current and unrestricted SC Nurse Practitioner license
-3+ years of clinical experience
-Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills, tact and flexibility
-Experience with Urgent Care, ER, Occupational Health, and or Primary Care
